Cancellations:Â Cancellations must be received by February 10, 2022. All refund requests must be made in writing. An administrative fee of $75 per registrant will be deducted from all refunds. Due to financial obligations incurred by NCMA, no refunds will be issued on cancellations received after February 10, 2022. Substitutions from the same company will be permitted at any time prior to the meeting start date without penalty.Â
Attending both the NCMA and ICPI Meetings: The $75 meeting registration rebate will be issued to those attendees who register and attend both the ICPI and NCMA meetings in Kansas City, Missouri. The rebate will be given after the conclusion of both meetings once all joint member attendance has been reconciled.
Consent for Use of Photographic Images:Â Registration and attendance at NCMA programs and events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to NCMA for its use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
